- Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain the product vision and strategy for compliance solutions in line with regulatory requirements and business objectives.
- Gather and prioritize requirements from internal stakeholders and regulatory bodies, creating and managing the product backlog.
- Collaborate with development teams to implement and test compliance features, ensuring they meet quality standards.
- Conduct impact assessments for regulatory changes and oversee necessary product adjustments.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on product performance and compliance metrics.
- Qualifications:
- 4 years proven experience as a Product Owner in banking or financial services, with a focus on compliance.
- Strong understanding of banking regulations (e.g., AML, KYC, GDPR) and experience with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Scrum, JIRA).
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a strategic approach to compliance and risk management.
