- Project Planning, Estimation, Requirement Analysis

- Should be able to manage multiple workstreams
- Extensive experience with Issue and Risk Management
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Excellent People Management Skills
- Should be able to navigate and co-ordinate with multiple groups in our organization
- Should be able to build partnership with Technology and Business partners and should be able to influence decision making
- Good Agile Management Skills. Hands-on skills needed. Should be able to lead scrums and conduct agile ceremonies
- Hands on in JIRA and Scrum Leading
- Should be able to work closely with the business team in defining requirements/user stories
- Experience in Financial Services Domain (nice to have).
