Senior Business Systems Analyst (BisTrack)

Key Responsibilities :
- Act as the subject matter expert for BisTrack, ensuring its optimal utilization across departments.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, translating them into functional specifications.
- Mentor and train other Analysts working with BisTrack.
- Assist with ERP implementation, enhancement, and integration projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Perform system configurations, customizations, and troubleshooting to enhance BisTrack functionality.
- Develop and deliver training programs for end-users to maximize system adoption.
- Analyze and improve business processes by leveraging ERP capabilities.
- Support data migration, validation, and reporting efforts using SQL and other analytical tools.
- Work closely with IT and third-party vendors to address system updates, patches, and security concerns.
- Document system processes, workflows, and best practices for future reference.
- Provide ongoing technical and functional support, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring minimal system downtime.
