Role Overview :
We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior UX Designer to lead and shape the user experience design for our products. This is a new role in the company and you can help shape it from the ground up. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless and meaningful experiences for our users. You'll be responsible for driving the design process, from research to prototyping, while ensuring that our designs are user-centered, innovative, and aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead User Research : Conduct user interviews, surveys, and usability testing to gather insights and identify user needs, behaviors, and pain points.
- Information Architecture : Design and optimize navigation structures, sitemaps, and workflows to ensure a logical and user-friendly experience.
- Wireframing and Prototyping : Create low and high-fidelity wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to communicate design concepts and interactions clearly to stakeholders and development teams.
- Usability Testing : Plan and conduct usability tests, analyze feedback, and iterate on designs to ensure a positive and effective user experience.
- Collaboration with Cross-functional Teams : Work closely with product managers, developers, UI designers, and other stakeholders to align design efforts with project goals and technical requirements.
- Mentorship : Provide guidance and mentorship to junior and mid-level designers, helping them grow their skills and improve their design processes.
- Maintain Design Consistency : Contribute to and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure a consistent and cohesive experience across all products.
- Product Strategy : Collaborate with product teams to define design solutions that address both user needs and business objectives, while making data-driven decisions.
- Design Advocacy : Advocate for the importance of design thinking and user-centered design throughout the organization, presenting findings and design solutions clearly to stakeholders.
- Stay Current : Keep up with the latest UX trends, tools, technologies, and methodologies to ensure our designs are cutting-edge and aligned with industry best practices.
