IT Network Solutions Group is looking for a self-motivated Computer Helpdesk / Desktop Technician to provide phone and on-site customer support, installing and troubleshooting hardware/software systems at customer offices throughout the Fort Meyers area.
Experience in the following is required for the position:
* Analyzing desktops hardware, software, and operating systems
* Identifying, diagnosing, and resolving issues
* Maintenance of good documentation
* Providing support in networked environments
* Collecting requests from customers onsite
* Must be able to pass 10 year criminal background check & drug screen
* Must Have Vehicle (Gas expenses will be reimbursed).
* Clean driving record and valid driver's license required
The most-qualified applicant will have, or have experience with the following:
* Ability to work an 8am- 5pm shift Monday- Friday
* At least 1 Year experience as a helpdesk or desktop technician
* A Certification encouraged
* Comfortable with onsite customer interaction
* Able to lift up to 70 lbs.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $22.00 per hour
