We’re currently seeking a proactive, relationship-focused MSP Account Representative to join our team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing existing client relationships and actively prospecting for new ones. From strategic account check-ins to picking up the phone and making cold calls—you’ll be on the front lines of client engagement and growth.
What You’ll Do:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of MSP clients in the Sioux Falls region
- Conduct regular account reviews and strategic check-ins to assess satisfaction and uncover evolving needs
- Coordinate with internal engineers and support teams to ensure timely issue resolution and project execution
- Actively call on new business accounts, including cold calling and outbound phone outreach to prospective clients
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to expand services within existing accounts
- Lead onboarding processes for new managed service clients, ensuring a seamless experience
- Maintain up-to-date client documentation, CRM entries, and service data
- Monitor account health and client satisfaction metrics
- Travel locally within the Sioux Falls metro area as needed to build and maintain client relationships
What You Bring:
- 2 years in account management, sales, or customer success—preferably within an MSP or IT services environment
- Comfortable making outbound calls, including cold calls, to develop new business opportunities
- Knowledge of IT infrastructure, cloud services, help desk, and managed service solutions. Training available to the right candidates.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to simplify technical language
- Highly organized and self-driven with the ability to manage multiple client relationships
- Must be able to travel locally in the Sioux Falls area daily
