- Preferred law or Accountant firm experience
NICE TO HAVE:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Experience in customer service and office management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Key Responsibilities
- Greet visitors in a friendly manner and handle incoming phone calls, emails, mail, and shipments.
- Manage printing, copying, and standard office equipment (including supplies like printer ink, toner, and paper).
- Assist with basic tech issues around the office.
- Prepare conference rooms for meetings and coordinate catering when needed.
- Type memos, meeting minutes, letters, reports, and forms from dictation.
- Maintain record-keeping systems for passwords, contacts, files, and employee directory.
- Sort, receive, and distribute mail correspondence between departments and personnel.
- Manage and organize pantry and storage rooms, keep inventory, and place online orders.
- Receive and distribute packages and deliveries.
- Act as the point of contact for inquiries regarding general accounts, codes, or passwords.
- Schedule meetings and appointments for firm members.
- Coordinate travel arrangements as needed.
- Assist with planning office events and coordinating lunches.
- Complete end-of-day office tasks (cleaning kitchen area, starting dishwasher, turning off devices, etc.).
Salary : $60,000 - $90,000
