Must Have
- Experience with Siemens NX, Fusion 360, Hyper MILL, Mastercam, or SolidCAM
- Aerospace or Heavy machineries industries background
- Ability to read blueprints and follow verbal instructions
- Familiarity with ITAR, AS9100, and OSHA compliance
- Experience with CNC machining and ITAR/AS9100 compliance
- Knowledge of LEAN/TPM manufacturing practices
- Prior experience working in a startup or small business environment
CAM Programming & CNC Operations
- Program parts using CAD/CAM software (Siemens NX, Fusion 360, Hyper MILL, Mastercam, or SolidCAM).
- Operate CNC milling machines, lathes, and other shop equipment.
- Ensure programs are optimized for efficiency and precision.
- Read and interpret blueprints, ensuring manufacturing accuracy.
- Follow ITAR, AS9100, and OSHA regulations to maintain safety and compliance.
- Assist in material procurement and equipment modifications as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Support production activities and troubleshoot machine issues.
- Implement LEAN/TPM practices to improve efficiency.
