Job Title: Event Coordinator – C-Suite Events
Location: 100% REMOTE Based in Dallas, TX and near a major airport
Salary: $40,000–$55,000 base (DOE)
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end planning and execution of 10–12 events annually
- Serve as main point of contact for C-level attendees: confirm logistics, answer questions, and provide concierge-level support
- Coordinate transportation, AV, catering, post-event dinners, and other logistics
- Travel to events (a few days at a time), ensuring smooth on-site execution
- Maintain top-tier documentation and communication throughout the process
- Own timelines, task lists, and all details without letting anything slip
- Represent the company with polish, professionalism, and warmth
MUST HAVE:
- Candidate must be Based in Dallas, TX and near a major airport
- 2-4 years of experience required.
- Willingness to travel domestically/internationally for short durations
- Prior event coordination or strong multitasking experience
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Experience interfacing with C-level executives
- Polished, professional demeanor under pressure
- U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident
- OK with a base salary of $40K–$55K (no health insurance provided)
NICE TO HAVE:
- Experience managing high-end corporate events
- Background in hospitality, customer success, or operations
- Familiarity with event logistics including AV, catering, travel coordination
