- Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation
- Familiarity with low-voltage control protocols (e.g., Modbus, BACnet, LON)
- Excellent troubleshooting skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

- Installation: Install low-voltage control systems according to blueprints, specifications, and project requirements (running wires, mounting control panels, connecting devices, configuring system settings).
- Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance to ensure the ongoing functionality of control systems, including equipment inspection, component testing, and part replacement.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and troubleshoot low-voltage system issues (electrical failures, communication errors, programming glitches) and implement effective solutions.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of installation activities, maintenance tasks, troubleshooting procedures, equipment specifications, and wiring diagrams.
- Compliance: Follow safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies during installation and maintenance work.
- Customer Interaction: Communicate effectively with customers, project managers, and stakeholders to coordinate installation, provide updates, and address concerns.
- Training & Development: Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in low-voltage control systems by participating in training programs and professional development.
