Working under the leadership of our senior engineers, The Mechanical Engineer will be responsible for
assisting in all phases of HVAC engineering design and construction administration services including:

assisting in all phases of HVAC engineering design and construction administration services including:
- Drafting of HVAC systems using AutoCAD and REVIT.
- Production of construction documents including plans, details, specifications, and equipment
- HVAC load calculations and building performance analysis.
- Research of Codes and standards.
- Selection of HVAC equipment and design of complete HVAC systems.
- Coordination with other engineering disciplines and architectural trades.
- Participation in design discussions and meetings.
- Documentation and analysis of existing building systems.
- Review of contractor RFI’s, equipment submittals, and on-site construction inspection visits.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant HVAC design experience in commercial, educational, healthcare,
- Familiarity with AutoCAD, Revit and Microsoft Office Suite.
- B.S. in Mechanical Engineering is preferred. EIT and LEED accreditation is a plus.
