Compensation: $75,000 – $125,000 base uncapped commission

Must-Have Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Environmental preferred; open to other disciplines)
- 3 years of B2B sales experience in commercial or industrial markets
- Direct experience with water treatment, water chemistry, or fluid process control
- Strong mechanical aptitude, basic chemistry understanding, and comfort with system design
- Willingness to drive up to 3 hours/day within territory (company vehicle or mileage reimbursed)
- Tech-savvy, confident communicator with a customer-first approach
- Track record of exceeding sales targets, growing territory, and managing key accounts
- Must currently reside within 45 minutes of Appleton, WI
