Key Responsibilities
Design & Project Execution:
- Lead the development of concept designs from Schematic Design to Construction Documentation
- Ensure compliance with brand standards, building codes, ADA regulations, and environmental guidelines
- Review and oversee project drawings and documentation to maintain design integrity
- Collaborate with clients, vendors, and senior management to ensure seamless project execution
- Assist in managing project timelines, budgets, and client expectations
- Contribute to design brainstorming, concept development, and project pin-ups
- Coordinate flow of information among internal teams, clients, and international offices
- Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and architectural best practices
- Work closely with a diverse team of architects and designers to drive innovation
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers and architects
- Ensure all documentation meets client's quality and design standards
- Take initiative in problem-solving and improving project efficiency
- Potential travel to international project sites and offices for client meetings and design reviews
