Key Responsibilities
- Grounds Maintenance:
- Pulling weeds, trimming weeds, and watering plants.
- Mulching, planting landscaping, and spreading grass seed.
- Building Custodial Work:
- Power washing and staining surfaces.
- Cleaning windows and maintaining general cleanliness of equipment and the building.
- Additional Tasks:
- Various maintenance and cleaning duties as assigned.
- General laborer skills.
- Physical ability to perform outdoor tasks, including lifting and repetitive motions.
- Ability to follow safety protocols and use maintenance equipment safely.
- Outdoor tasks: Grounds maintenance, landscaping, and custodial work at the Jacksonville Veterans Cemetery.
