The DevOps Platform / Tools Engineer who specialized in Linux system administration. The primary responsibility of this role includes managing and optimizing a suite of DevOps and IT tools, such as Jira Cloud, Bitbucket, Bamboo, Tableau, etc., to ensure their effective integration and maintenance within our Linux-based infrastructure. This position is critical in enhancing our operational capabilities, as well as ensuring the efficiency and security of our systems. Key Responsibilities : 1. Manage and optimize our Linux-based infrastructure, ensuring it aligns with our tooling and operational needs. 2. Take ownership of a wide range of DevOps and IT tools, overseeing their installation, configuration, maintenance, and integration in a Linux environment. 3. Develop and maintain scripts to automate routine tasks, enhance system performance, and ensure efficient operation of tools on Linux platforms. 4. Monitor system health and performance, rapidly identifying and resolving issues within our tooling landscape and Linux systems.
- Ensure that all tools and Linux systems comply with industry standards and regulations, particularly focusing on security best practices. 6. Provide expert-level support and guidance to other teams regarding tool usage and Linux system optimization. 7. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for tool management procedures, Linux system configurations, and best practices.
