Job Summary:

  • This role provides assistance to the HR department with various tasks and responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with HR inquiries and prepare reports.
  • Coordinate new hire onboarding and maintain HRIS data.
  • Manage employee personnel files and ensure compliance.
  • Support benefits administration and respond to employee inquiries.
  • Perform general office tasks and assist with associate needs.
  • Assist in recruitment activities, including job postings and initial screenings.
  • Coordinate meetings and events, handling logistics and support.
  • Ensure I-9 compliance and other record-keeping requirements.
  • Assist with coordinating and managing meetings and events such as staff meetings, all-hands meetings, off-sites, team gatherings, etc., overseeing all calendaring, communication, technology, location and meal logistics, and related follow-up activities

Schedule:

  • This is a part-time position totaling 30 hours per week.
  • Available Monday through Friday (6 hours/day) or Monday through Thursday (7.5 hours/day).
