Job Summary:
- This role provides assistance to the HR department with various tasks and responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with HR inquiries and prepare reports.
- Coordinate new hire onboarding and maintain HRIS data.
- Manage employee personnel files and ensure compliance.
- Support benefits administration and respond to employee inquiries.
- Perform general office tasks and assist with associate needs.
- Assist in recruitment activities, including job postings and initial screenings.
- Coordinate meetings and events, handling logistics and support.
- Ensure I-9 compliance and other record-keeping requirements.
- Assist with coordinating and managing meetings and events such as staff meetings, all-hands meetings, off-sites, team gatherings, etc., overseeing all calendaring, communication, technology, location and meal logistics, and related follow-up activities
Schedule:
- This is a part-time position totaling 30 hours per week.
- Available Monday through Friday (6 hours/day) or Monday through Thursday (7.5 hours/day).
