We are seeking a Digital Archive Manager to oversee the processes and teams involved in the digitization and historical image processing of various media types. In this role, you will act as a key liaison between clients and internal teams, helping to define project requirements and ensuring successful delivery. Additionally, the Digital Archive Manager will play a crucial role in identifying new business opportunities, fostering and maintaining relationships with both internal and external stakeholders (including government entities and other partners), and ensuring that projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Lead and oversee a team of imaging and digitization professionals, including recruiting, training, developing, and managing staff to ensure efficient and high-quality operations
- Provide ongoing technical support, mentorship, and training to the imaging team, fostering skill development and promoting continuous improvement
- Manage team scaling in alignment with project requirements, while maintaining high employee morale and a positive work environment
- Develop and enforce quality control procedures and departmental standards to meet organizational objectives, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices
- Coordinate the historical conversion of various external data sources, ensuring seamless integration into a standardized schema for efficient data management
- Maintain and optimize imaging hardware and software tools, identifying opportunities for upgrades and evaluating new technologies to improve project outcomes
- Proactively assess and address future needs related to staffing, technology, budget, and business requirements, designing and implementing solutions to meet these demands
- Organize and drive the successful completion of imaging projects, defining project scopes, managing resources, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery
- Communicate project progress and status updates to both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment and transparency throughout the project lifecycle
- Facilitate training sessions and provide guidance on imaging technologies, risk assessments, and decision-making processes to enhance organizational capabilities
- Offer consulting and analytical support to leadership, providing insights to inform strategic decision-making and project execution
- Develop methodologies and processes for scheduling project work, ensuring alignment with priority projects in the Property Insight Project Portfolio
- Analyze problems, identify root causes, and implement solutions to prevent recurring issues and enhance operational efficiency
