HRIS Coordinator (UltiPro/UKG Pro)
Job Location: Birmingham, OH - Hybrid or Remote (preferences will be given to local candidates)
Job Type: 4–6-month Contract
We are seeking an HRIS Coordinator with expertise in UltiPro/UKG Pro to support HR system administration, reporting, and troubleshooting tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage HRIS functions such as password resets, BI reports, payroll reports, timekeeping, and work schedules
- Ensure data accuracy and compliance with privacy regulations
- Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate system updates and maintenance
- Provide training and support to HR staff and end users
- Generate custom reports and dashboards to support HR and payroll operations
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance system efficiency and HR workflows
Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience as an HRIS Coordinator or similar role
- Hands-on experience with UltiPro/UKG Pro (formerly UltiPro)
- Strong understanding of HR data management, reporting, and system administration
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Effective communication skills for training and supporting users
