Job Title: Network Operations Manager
We are seeking a seasoned Network Operations Manager to oversee the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure across multiple locations.
In this critical role, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless operation of IT infrastructure, providing technical support and resolving technical issues with hardware, software, and network connectivity. You will also assist with the setup, configuration, and imaging of new and existing devices, monitor and manage the ticketing system, and develop and maintain documentation for common issues and solutions.
About the Role:
- This is a full-time position with a Monday-Friday schedule and occasional on-call rotation.
