Job Title : Level III Network Engineer
We’re seeking a skilled Level III Network Engineer to join our team in Clearwater, FL.
Location : Clearwater, FL (on-site)
Schedule : Monday-Friday, 8 AM-5 PM (with occasional after-hours support)
About the Role
As a Level III Network Engineer, you’ll serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for network operations. This role involves resolving advanced technical issues, providing guidance to Level 1 & 2 support teams, and driving continuous improvement in service quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage incident escalations and Priority 1 incidents
- Optimize IT infrastructure performance and applications
- Handle bug management, analysis, and regression testing
- Maintain and update system documentation and knowledge bases
- Design, plan, and implement network architecture and standards
