Job Description:
We’re looking for a dynamic and results-driven Influencer Manager to join our marketing team. As the Influencer Manager, you’ll be responsible for identifying, engaging, and managing relationships with influencers to help amplify our brand and drive growth across various social media platforms. You’ll create and execute influencer marketing strategies, manage campaigns, and ensure our influencer partnerships align with the brand’s goals and values.
Key Responsibilities:
- Influencer Outreach & Relationship Building: Identify and engage with relevant influencers across platforms (including but not limited to Instagram, TikTok, etc.) that align with our brand voice and target audience.
- Campaign Management: Develop, execute, and track influencer marketing campaigns from concept to completion, ensuring they meet campaign goals, timelines, and budgets.
- Content Strategy & Collaboration: Collaborate with influencers to develop creative content that resonates with their audiences while maintaining brand consistency.
- Contract Negotiation & Budgeting: Manage influencer contracts, payments, and campaign budgets to ensure cost-effectiveness and timely execution.
- Performance Tracking & Reporting: Monitor, track, and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports on ROI, engagement metrics, and overall campaign success.
- Trend Awareness: Stay up to date with the latest trends in influencer marketing, social media platforms, and digital marketing to ensure our strategies are innovative and effective.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the social media, paid media, creative, and PR teams to align influencer campaigns with broader marketing initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in influencer marketing, social media, and/or digital marketing (3 years preferred).
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing trends.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
- Strong analytical skills and experience using tools to track campaign performance.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects at once.
Bonus Skills:
- Experience in the beauty industry.
This position is on-site for candidates located in the Miami Dade area. Hybrid accommodations will be considered on a case-by-case bases for candidates who reside outside of Miami Dade.
