- Conduct interviews and collaborate with agents to identify top talent.
- Oversee the seamless onboarding process to ensure new agents integrate smoothly into our brokerage.
Team Cultivation and Leadership:
- Foster a positive and collaborative team culture that inspires excellence.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to agents, empowering them to excel.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance team performance.
Agent Success and Efficiency:
- Implement performance metrics and objectives to drive agent success.
- Collaborate closely with agents to identify areas for improvement and offer constructive feedback.
- Leverage technology and tools to optimize workflows and enhance team productivity.
Business Growth Initiatives:
- Collaborate with the executive team to develop and execute strategic growth plans.

Qualifications:
- Proven success as a Real Estate Team Leader or similar role.
- Demonstrated ability to recruit and retain high-performing agents.
