Audit our processes
- Work with our owner to understand sales and marketing processes, challenges, and areas for improvement
- Analyze and identify bottlenecks, trends, and opportunities for process improvement
- Discuss the lead-in process and reporting requirements to understand specific business needs
- Identify solutions offered with Hubspot Sales Professional and Hubspot Marketing Professional to meet our needs
- Collaborate with our owner to make best-practice recommendations based on your Hubspot expertise, approaching this project as a strategic collaborator and guide
- Define entry and exit criteria for each stage of the sales pipeline and configure HubSpot to reflect the new sales process, including deal stages and pipelines
- Identify areas where automation can enhance efficiency and create necessary properties, fields, workflows, sequences, or other support functions withing Hubspot
- Leverage expertise in best practices to ensure a high-quality sales process is implemented
- Create a Hubspot Playbook outlining the sales process, key questions, and steps for discovery calls
- Automate form-fills from website
- Set up dashboards to track key metrics, based on audit recommendations
- Implement proper notifications and lead assignment rules and tasks to ensure timely follow-up with prospects
- Assist with the development of a regular newsletter, as well as other best-practice automations available within the Hubspot platform

Salary : $75 - $125
