What are the responsibilities and job description for the Label Printer/ Graphic Designer position at It's All About Bees!™?
The Label Printer/Marketing Coordinator will be in charge of creating and editing labels in our label design software, operate and perform maintenance on our label printer, design fliers and other marketing material for use on social media, retail store and farmer's markets. As well, keeping accurate inventory and processing shipping orders.
Skills Required:
- Previous Experience with Graphic Design software
- Attention to detail

- Ability to work cohesively with a team and in a team setting
- Ability to work independently as well
Job duties:
- Designing and printing labels with our graphic software
- Design posts for social media
- Designing and updated Marketing materials such as fliers and coupons
- Creating email blasts (Constant Contact)
- Editing and maintaining shop website (Shopify)
- Maintaining accurate inventory
- Processing shipping orders
Software Knowledge:
- Bartender, Adobe Creative Suite, Constant Contact, Microsoft Office, and/or other graphic design software experience.
Physical Requirements:
- You will be expected to maintain a quick work pace with optimum time management to maximize productivity.
- Ability to read and understand instructions, written and oral.
- Good eyesight is important for this position.
Additional Qualifications: - Prior experience working label printers is preferred and helpful, but not required.

- Prior successful retail, marketing, kitchen, manufacturing or customer service experience helpful
- A minimum of High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) preferred.

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
