Residential and Commercial Cleaner

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented House Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cleanliness and an eye for detail, ensuring that every space is spotless and welcoming. This role involves performing various cleaning tasks in residential and commercial settings, contributing to a positive customer experience through exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Launder linens and towels as needed, ensuring they are fresh and clean for use.
• Conduct carpet cleaning using appropriate equipment and techniques to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
• Manage housekeeping tasks efficiently while adhering to safety protocols and cleaning guidelines.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs and preferences during each cleaning visit.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages or equipment issues promptly.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure all areas are cleaned to the highest standards.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in custodial or commercial cleaning is preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of housekeeping management practices is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify areas that need extra care.
• Excellent customer service skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Ability to work independently & part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that require lifting, bending, or standing for extended periods.
• Familiarity with post-construction cleaning,move in and out, maitnace cleaning various cleaning products and equipment is advantageous.

Job Types: Part-time, Temporary

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5 – 10 per week
