Barista/prep/cashier

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and smoothies
- Take customer orders and process payments using a cash register
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and making recommendations
- Prepare and package food items such as pastries, food
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including restocking supplies and cleaning equipment
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure the health and safety of customers

- Perform cleaning closing procedures base on company standards.

Skills:
- Strong communication skills to interact with customers and team members effectively
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Basic math skills for measuring ingredients, calculating change, and tracking inventory
- Knowledge of retail math concepts such as calculating discounts and sales tax
- Familiarity with food handling procedures to ensure proper food safety
- Previous experience in the food service industry is a plus

This position requires flexibility in working hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude is essential.
