We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Dispatcher to join our team at a leading electronics company. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth coordination of shipments and managing the movement of trucks in and out of our facility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate truck arrivals and departures to ensure they are directed to the appropriate dock.
- Record and track shipment orders, ensuring accurate reporting of order numbers for pickups.
- Communicate effectively with drivers, warehouse staff, and management to facilitate timely processing of shipments.
- Maintain clear and organized records of all incoming and outgoing shipments.
Requirements:
- Must be fluent in English, both spoken and written.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
- Previous experience in a logistics or warehouse environment is a plus, but not required.
