The Position:
We're looking to hire a Backend Engineer (TypeScript, LLM & AI) to join our team. You'll work with our incredible clients in one of two ways:
Team Augmentation: You will integrate yourself directly into our client's team and work alongside their existing designers and engineers on a daily basis.
Design & Build: You will work on a company’s product team to build and deliver a product to our clients.
What We're Looking For:
- 5 years of professional software development experience.
- Proven experience working with TypeScript.
- Strong knowledge of LLMs (Large Language Models) and AI-driven applications.
- Experience with integration testing and testing best practices.
- Experience developing applications from scratch.
- Strong soft skills, including teamwork and communication.
- Commitment to clean coding and best software development practices.
- Advanced English is required.
- Ability to work in Eastern to Central Time Zones.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a remote work environment.
