Required:
- High school diploma or GED
- NCCCO certification and appropriate state licensing
- Ability to pass and maintain a current DOT physical
- A strong commitment to safety, reliability, and collaboration
Preferred:
- 2–4 years of hands-on experience (not mandatory, but helpful)
- Class A CDL (a major plus)
- Willingness to learn OSHA and MSHA regulations
- Availability to work weekends during client shutdowns
- Comfort working outdoors in changing weather conditions
- Solid math and communication skills
- Ability to handle pressure, multitask, and stay organized on active job sites
