Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain daily communication with tenants to ensure their satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive living experience for tenants.
- Manage leases, ensuring compliance and timely renewals.
- Oversee property maintenance and coordinate with contractors to ensure timely repairs and upkeep.
- Handle lease administration duties, including documentation, records, and adherence to leasing policies.
- Maintain an organized, efficient workflow for property management tasks.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Experience in leases and property management.
- Familiarity with MRI software is preferred.
- Knowledge of lease administration procedures.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively.
- Previous experience in real estate or property management is a plus.
