Systems Support Technician

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled IT Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive IT support, ensuring the smooth operation of computer systems, and assisting users with technical issues. This role requires an understanding of both Mac OS and Windows environments, and experience in computer networking and management is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level IT support to users, addressing hardware and software issues promptly and effectively.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems related to Mac OS, Windows, and Office applications.
• Manage computer networking tasks, ensuring connectivity and performance across the organization.
• Utilize tools such as Jira and ServiceNow for tracking issues, managing tickets, and documenting resolutions.
• Analyze system performance and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and user experience.
• Assist in the setup and configuration of new hardware and software installations.
• Maintain accurate records of IT assets, including inventory management of computers and peripherals.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with users to understand their needs and provide solutions.

Pay: $28.00 - $32.00 per hour
