Solid understanding of Snowflake features: Cloning, Data Sharing, Secure Views, caching, Warehouse sizes, and scaling.
Experience with Snowflake data loading and unloading processes.
Familiarity with Snowflake's security features and role-based access control.
Knowledge of integrating Snowflake with various data sources and BI tools.

Thorough working knowledge of all tools and techniques required for area(s) of responsibility.
Understanding of the business that the assigned projects are supporting.

Collaborate with end users to resolve issues.
Complete user requests and ServiceNow tasks in a timely manner.
Participate in on-call rotation and provide off-hour support.
Prioritize work and manage projects within established budget objectives and customer priorities.
