Role Description
This is a part-time on-site Keyholder role at IT'SUGAR in Troy, MI. The Keyholder will be responsible for product knowledge, communication, retail sales, customer service, and ensuring a positive customer experience on a daily basis.
Qualifications
- Product Knowledge and Communication skills
- Retail Sales and Customer Service experience
- Ability to create a positive Customer Experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent
