Job Description
- 10 years of IT experience, with 7 years of PM / BA experience particularly within the investment banking / capital markets industry.
- Must have : 7 years of experience in project management and software development and / or business (system) analysis or other relevant professional experience.
- 2 years of experience as a Scrum Master – where Scrum principles, practices and theory were diligently applied.
- Proven leadership and experience leading large scale, high visibility projects is mandatory.
- Experience working in the Financial Industry in Regulatory programs and / or strategic initiatives such as BASEL II, CCAR, Dodd Frank etc.
- Experience delivering medium to large scale Technology initiatives using appropriate methodologies (Waterfall / SDLC, Agile, etc).
- Understanding of architectural concepts of APIs, Microservices & SOA, REST, HDFS.
- Cross Asset class experience and product knowledge.
- Undergraduate Degree or equivalent experience.
