Key Responsibilities:
TDM Architecture & Implementation:
o Architect, implement, and optimize enterprise-level Test Data Management (TDM) solutions.
oDevelop strategies for data masking, data subsetting, synthetic data generation, and data profiling.
oDesign and implement TDM solutions for both on-premises and cloud-based environments (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform).
Compliance & Security:
oEnsure compliance with data security and privacy regulations by implementing robust data obfuscation techniques.
oWork with Broadcom Test Data Manager (CA TDM), BMC File Aid, X9 Assist, and Voltage tools to facilitate secure and efficient test data provisioning.
Data Integration & Automation:
oLead data integration and migration projects, including mainframe to UNIX migrations.
oImplement Informatica IICS-based data integration solutions and optimize performance for DB2 and cloud storage.
oDevelop Python-based automation scripts for data provisioning and validation.
oImplement and maintain Docker-based test data environments.
Collaboration & Process Improvement:
oWork closely with QA teams, developers, and business analysts to define test data requirements.
oOversee test data reservation, golden copy creation, and environment refresh cycles.
oProvide guidance and mentorship to TDM engineers and QA teams.
oDrive continuous improvements, innovation, and automation in TDM best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Experience: 13 years in Test Data Management, Test Data Engineering, and Mainframe Development.
Tools & Technologies:
oBroadcom TDM, BMC File Aid, X9 Assist, Voltage.
oOracle, SQL Server, DB2, PostgreSQL, Greenplum, Hadoop Hive.
oAWS cloud-based data obfuscation.
oCOBOL, JCL, Shell Scripting, Python, Java.
oMiddleware and API testing (SOAP UI, RESTful APIs, Web Services).
oAnsible & Puppet for automation.
Version Control & Defect Management:
oExperience with HP ALM, JIRA, MKS, ChangeMan, Endevor.
Automation & Process Optimization:
oExpertise in automation frameworks and Excel Macros for test data management.
Industry Expertise:
oHealth Insurance experience (recent minimum 4 years) is a must
oAbility to lead cross-functional teams and drive TDM best practices
