As a Sr. Technology Consultant at IT Voice, you’ll step into a pivotal role that blends high-level strategy with hands-on sales execution. Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage relationships with new prospects and clients within the telecom and IT space.
- Actively engage in cold calling and follow a strategic multi-touch process to identify and convert leads.
- Partner with technology experts to create customized IT solutions for businesses, focusing on recurring revenue.
- Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive outreach and client-focused selling.
- Manage the sales cycle from prospecting through to successful handoff to operations for execution.
- Participate in leadership discussions and contribute to strategic sales planning.
- Stay current on industry trends and adjust strategies to align with client needs.
Requirements:
- Must reside in or be able to commute to the Lakeland, FL area.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Telecom or IT B2B sales, with a proven track record of success in cold calling and deal closing.
- Strong expertise in telecom and/or IT sales, with the ability to navigate complex sales environments.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
- High level of initiative and ownership, with the ability to work independently and drive results.
- Strong understanding of IT and telecom solutions, with the ability to consult and advise clients on the best technology for their business needs.
Compensation:
- Base salary of $65,000 - $85,000, depending on experience, plus a generous commission plan.
