Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Shipping Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you must have excellent computer skills.
Responsibilities
- Forecast and plan shipping loads
- Track shipping and returns
- Manage shipping documents and data
- Proficiency in SAP system a huge plus
- Count and track inventories of finished goods
- Track and input attendance and timekeeping for shipping members
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer service or shipping/logostics roles is preferred.
- Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on building rapport with customers.
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide tailored solutions effectively.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to achieving sales goals.
- Familiarity with CRM software or sales tracking tools is a plus.
