What You'll Be Doing
Design, build, and maintain SQL databases for analytics and reporting
Develop and manage dashboards (Spotfire preferred, Power BI a plus)
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into data solutions
Perform data analysis to identify trends and improve decision-making
Support data-driven initiatives and long-term analytics strategies
Assist in laying the groundwork for predictive analytics in the future
What You'll Need to be Considered
Strong SQL experience in database development
Expertise in dashboard design & maintenance (Spotfire or Power BI)
Proven business analysis skills - ability to gather requirements and provide solutions
Bonus : Experience with HubSpot or credit union industry data
