Compensation

140,000-$160,000 base salary

What You'll Be Doing

Leading and mentoring the engineering team, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.

Providing technical leadership and reviewing designs, plans, and specifications.

Collaborating with project managers to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Implementing engineering strategies that align with company goals.

Building strong client and stakeholder relationships to enhance project success.

Ensuring compliance with regulations, codes, and standards.

What You'll Need to Be Considered

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field (Master's preferred).

Professional Engineer (PE) license in AL.

Strong technical expertise in civil engineering design and project management.

Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Experience building and leading high-performing engineering teams.
