What You'll Be Doing
Oversee IT infrastructure, including servers, storage platforms, cybersecurity systems, and network components.
Design, install, and maintain LAN, WAN, and internet systems to ensure availability and security.
Lead a team of IT professionals, setting priorities and establishing workflows.
Collaborate with department heads and vendors to optimize IT processes and resolve issues.
Plan and implement security measures to safeguard sensitive data.
Administer and maintain enterprise-level computing environments.
Develop and execute budgets, ensuring cost-effective IT solutions.
What You'll Need to be Considered
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or an Associate degree with eight years of relevant experience).
Eight years of experience in geographically dispersed networks and Microsoft-based environments.
Expertise in network protocols, system security, and enterprise storage technologies.
Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) certification on Microsoft Windows 2000 required; Windows Server 2003 preferred.
Proven ability to lead a team with four years of supervisory experience.
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
