Compensation

60,600 - $90,000 depending on experience

What You'll Be Doing

Manage and lead projects initially focused on IT and later expanding into other areas

Develop and maintain detailed project plans using Microsoft Project and / or Monday.com

Create and distribute project status reports and updates to stakeholders

Plan, direct, and facilitate project meetings, ensuring clear communication and progress tracking

Foster collaboration across teams to ensure smooth project execution and alignment with organizational goals

What You'll Need to be Considered

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field OR 3 years of directly related experience

PMP Certification (or close to obtaining)

Strong proficiency with Microsoft Project, Monday.com, or similar enterprise-level project management tools

Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities

Exceptional communication and leadership abilities to build strong team relationships
