What You'll Be Doing :
Assist clients with internal troubleshooting and system integration
Purchase and manage internal hardware inventory
Set up and train clients on software platforms, including Prism HR and time clocks
Conduct Zoom or in-person demos and training for clients
Help implement pay card programs and new client contracts
What You'll Need to be Considered :
Be able to do the job as described
Previous experience with hardware and software troubleshooting
Familiarity with MS Excel, Outlook, Sage, Prism HR, and Employee Navigator
Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams
Experience in setting up and supporting client software systems
