What you'll be doing :
- Provide exceptional service by processing routine banking transactions and building deep customer relationships to identify their financial needs.
- Open and manage both moderate to complex consumer and small business deposit accounts, offering tailored solutions to help businesses manage cash flow.
- Collaborate with team members to deliver cross-functional support, assisting customers with a variety of banking needs in a universal banking model.
- Offer simple consumer lending products such as personal loans and credit cards while educating customers about other banking channels like online / mobile banking and interactive video tellers.
- Meet or exceed individual sales and referral goals, drive through proactive customer engagement and product recommendations.
- Stay compliant with all applicable banking regulations, including the Bank Secrecy Act and Regulation E, while contributing to community financial literacy initiatives and CRA activities.
