Compensation
- Salary Range: 100,000 - 130,000
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead and manage multidisciplinary teams on water and wastewater projects.
- Oversee planning, design, and technical execution for municipal utilities.
- Ensure project quality and efficiency with thorough engineering calculations and documentation.
- Drive project profitability and client satisfaction with on-time, on-budget delivery.
- Coordinate staffing and project schedules for timely completion.
- Conduct QA/QC of all project documents and reports.
- Support marketing and client engagement efforts through proposal preparation and project delivery.
What You’ll Need to be Considered
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering.
- Professional Engineer Licensure
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in municipal water/wastewater projects.
- Strong technical background in water or wastewater infrastructure.
- Master’s, BCEE, PMP, or LEED AP preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD.
- Active engagement in professional and industry organizations.
