Part-Time Recruiting Coordinator - Contract

Are you an experienced recruiting professional with a knack for managing hiring processes and onboarding? ITAC Solutions is seeking a Part-Time Recruiting Coordinator to help shape a growing construction company. This is a contract role for someone going on leave.

Benefits and Extras :

  • Flexibility with part-time hours (15-20 hrs. / week).

Compensation : $25-35 / hr.

What you'll be doing (duties of this position) :

  • Post job openings and manage applicants on Indeed
  • Screen resumes and communicate with candidates
  • Schedule and manage onboarding for new hires
  • Coordinate with third-party recruiters and manage recruitment pipelines
  • Support with career fair follow-ups and interview scheduling
  • Assist with questions regarding the Viewpoint HR system

    • What you'll need to be considered (requirements) :

  • Full-cycle recruiting experience
  • Onboarding experience
  • Strong organizational and communication skills

    • What could set you apart :

  • Previous experience in a construction or commercial services environment
  • Familiarity with Viewpoint HR system
  • Ability to handle a high volume of applicants and prioritize tasks effectively
