Compensation : $70,000-$90,000 annually
What You'll Be Doing
Providing support for internal employee requests via the helpdesk portal and resolving technical issues.
Troubleshooting and maintaining desktop, printer, LAN / WAN connectivity, and server hardware.
Configuring and testing workstations, peripheral equipment, and software.
Ensuring the security and integrity of data storage and backup systems.
Collaborating with other System Administrators and Architects to implement and maintain IT projects.
Using advanced tools to protect the network from hackers, malware, and other threats.
Creating and maintaining detailed documentation for processes and technical guides.
What You'll Need to be Considered
Proven experience in Windows environments, including Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, and Group Policy.
Strong understanding of networking concepts like TCP / IP, VLANs, and routing.
Knowledge of server hardware, storage systems, and RAID configurations.
Excellent communication skills to support non-technical users effectively.
U.S. citizenship or permanent residency is required.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
