Job Description
iTalent Digital is seeking a Jr. Systems Admin (Server Support) to join our dynamic team of professional consultants. In this roe you will provide the best possible user experience for our clients stores who's team members are focused on results. We are looking for smart, capable, and conscientious people.
Hybrid Schedule, in office one day per week in San Francisco, CA
Salary Range : $80,000-85,000
Required qualifications and skills :
- System Maintenance and Upgrades :
- Conduct regular maintenance and updates on loss prevention systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Troubleshoot issues related to loss prevention systems, including OS, software, camera related issues.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for system upgrades, repairs, and installations.
- Ensure compliance of loss prevention systems with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Implement and enforce security protocols to protect sensitive data and prevent unauthorized access.
- Stay informed on the latest developments and best practices in loss prevention technologies and systems.
- Recommend and implement improvements to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of loss prevention systems, including the creation and maintenance of images, staging artifacts, centralized management and device validation procedures.
- Vendor Management & Support
- Collaborate with support teams, including Help Desk, District Representatives, Fraud Team, Engineering, and Vendor Partners, to diagnose and resolve issues related to loss prevention systems such as cameras, servers, desktops, and alarms.
- Communicate and work with business partners to resolve issues.
- Respond to inquiries via service tickets, chat, and email within established Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and track cases.
- Utilize critical-thinking skills to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
- Identify challenges and propose ideas to improve processes.
- Assess vulnerabilities in systems and processes.
- Follow company protocols.
- Work efficiently to meet deadlines and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Update and provide feedback on existing documentation and current best practices.
- Monitor alerts and respond to rectify issues.
- Perform regular maintenance and updates on loss prevention systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for system upgrades, repairs, and installations.
- Train end-users on the proper use of loss prevention systems and technologies.
- Provide ongoing support and assistance to users, addressing any questions or concerns related to loss prevention systems.
- Generate reports and provide insights to management on loss prevention activities and system performance.
- Ensure compliance of loss prevention systems with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Project Coordination
- Plan, organize, and execute projects.
