Join Our Team as a Junior Systems Administrator (Server Support)
iTalent Digital is on the lookout for a dedicated and enthusiastic Junior Systems Administrator to enhance our client support team. If you thrive on delivering exceptional user experiences and are passionate about technology, we want you to be part of our vibrant community of consultants.
Work Schedule : Hybrid, with in-office presence required one day per week in San Francisco, CA.
Salary Range : $80,000 - $85,000
Key Responsibilities :
- System Maintenance and Upgrades : Conduct regular maintenance and updates of loss prevention systems to ensure seamless performance. Troubleshoot OS, software, and camera-related issues, coordinating upgrades and repairs with vendors.
- Vendor Management & Support : Collaborate with diverse departments to diagnose and resolve technical issues. Maintain responsive communication with business partners to resolve inquiries through service tickets and emails.
- Training & Documentation : Train end-users on the effective use of loss prevention systems. Regularly update and maintain system documentation and best practices.
- Project Coordination : Plan and execute various projects to enhance system efficiency and user satisfaction.
