Product Manager, Store Digital Experience- 4956

Job Description

iTalent Digital is seeking a Product Manager, Store Digital Experience to be the representative of the business and our Beauty Advisors to deliver best-in-class digital experiences in stores. You will partner with multiple cross-functional teams (including UX, Engineering, Store Experience, Business Operations, and the Field) to execute the digital strategy, which includes innovating and enhancing sales and operations applications. You will ensure technology teams have everything they need - clear product requirements, specifications, designs, and help clarify any aspects that are not clear by closely collaborating with the business and technical teams to reach consensus. You will drive Store Digital roadmap, prioritize new features / enhancements, and track defects by working with developers to resolve them based on criticality.This is a unique opportunity to be at the forefront of beauty retail.

Remote / hybrid schedule located in San Francisco, onsite 1 day per week.

Salary range is $125-$135k annually

Required qualifications and skills :

Duties and Responsibilities

• 30% - Collaborate closely with cross-functional business partners to define product requirements, articulate business use cases, align on MVP / MVE, identify growth opportunities, and determine prioritization based on business impact, need and investment required.
• 20% - Partner with PMO and Engineering teams to resolve technical issues, facilitate PI planning, lead product development, complete user acceptance testing, determine implementation and deployment plans.
• 15% - Communicate updates and process changes to the cross functional stake holders and proactively identify issues, risks and associated mitigation.
• 15% - Partner with Product Management and business teams to develop metrics to measure success of program features, analyzes results, and partners across the organization to develop action plans and enhancement recommendations.
• 15% - Participate in scrum activities such as daily standup, story grooming, sprint planning, user acceptance testing and sprint retro.
• Preferred qualifications and skills

• 3 years - Product development with a successful history of launching highly effective consumer-facing digital products.
• 3 years - Agile sprint development cycle and release process
• 3 years - Deep understanding of the retail operations, front-end capabilities of e-commerce, mobile apps, and websites.
• Excellent communication skills – compelling storyteller with experience presenting concepts and ideas to leadership, product managers, engineering, and business teams.
• Ability to identify and understand user problems related to both the internal and external client and recommend feasible solutions.
• Highly motivated, self-sufficient with ability to operate effectively without close supervision.
• Nimble and flexible with changing priorities and business needs, and in working with diverse teams.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet critical deadlines — excellent at prioritization, planning, task delegation, and working with peers in a cross-functional setting.
