Job Description
iTalent Digital is seeking a Program Manager to join our Technology Practice Group. This is a remote. This is an exciting role for the right individual to continue to cultivate your skills and domain expertise.
The individual selected will be instrumental in helping us continue to deliver excellence to our base of marquee Fortune 500 accounts.
You will also interact closely with our iTalent Practice Directors, who will partner with you and provide ongoing coaching and mentoring.

The Customer Advisory Team is a team of solution architects within Microsoft Power Platform engineering focused on helping customers accelerate their Microsoft Power Platform adoption.
In collaboration with some of our most successful customers, we have identified consistent themes, patterns, practices and behaviors that underpin the progress of successful organizations as they implement comprehensive digital transformation with Power Platform.
The Community Program Managers role will manage program operations for top tier customers including NDA and webinars Champions, Customer Advisory Boards, Field Advisory Boards and additional NDA sessions with marquee customers
- Creating and running weekly webinars
- Onboarding new members
- Managing all member requests e.g. leaving the community, changing emails, etc.
- Managing pre/post webinars tasks
- Sending session summaries and communication
- General member communications, engaging members in activities, maintaining a positive and inclusive community atmosphere
- Internal reporting on community activities and soliciting member feedback
- Assist with scheduling customer interviews, customer outreach for targeted initiatives
- Assist with publishing blog posts - staging content using the blog tool
- Identify opportunities for automating recurring operational tasks
Required qualifications and skills
- We’re looking for someone who has:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Self-driven with good organization skills, detail-oriented
- Communicates in a style that creates a friendly environment and builds strong customer relationships
Preferred qualifications and skills
We’re looking for someone who has:
- Prior customer-facing experience in large enterprise is a plus
- Prior experience with managing communities (esp. in Teams) is a plus
- Knowledge of Power Platform is a plus
- Flexible and open to take on side project if time permits
Education
Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
